I hope everyone had great weekend and got outside to enjoy some fresh air.
I’m really allergic to pollen, but I feel this Spring will be breathtaking.
March Music Madness
Thanks to everyone for participating last month, whether you submitted a playlist or voted on a playlist. The winners were “Q” in the morning, and “Peaches at the Beaches” in the evening. We’ll have another contest coming up in the Fall. More information coming later!

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Power clean front squat strength work, followed by cycling hang squat cleans and push ups.
Tuesday – Turkish Get ups strength work followed by a grippy workout with rowing, swings, and pull ups.
Wednesday – Old City Benchmark Workout #5 – running and deadlifts.
Thursday – Handstand push up skill work with burpees, snatches, and box jumps.
Friday – Double strength day with back squats and hip thrusts. Build dem legs!!
Saturday – Long workout with double unders, snatches, sit ups, step ups, shoulder to over head.. the works!
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! Take care of your body! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
