Friends, the week ahead:
Monday – Double Strength day. Clean and Jerk and Front Squat.
Tuesday – No strength and a longer WOD. In fact, I think one of the longer AMRAPs we’ve done in the last few months. A burpee buy in, then a medley of Double Unders, Lunges, Rowing, and Toes to Bar.
Wednesday – Skill-ey day. Handstand skill work first, then a middle distance WOD with Thrusters, Wall Walks, and Pull-Ups
Thursday – Core strength first, then a running sprints WOD with plenty of rest. Total running = 2400m
Friday – Bench and Yates Row strength, followed by a Friday Arms EMOM. But a more interesting EMOM than the last few arm cash-outs we’ve done.
Saturday – Partner WOD
