Happy Thanksgiving Week! A brief week, so it’s hard to get everything in. Reminder: No evening classes on Wednesday. We’re closed Thursday and Friday. Saturday is limited hours: Hero WOD at 9 AM and Open Gym at 10.
Monday – Double Strength. Third week in a row of back squat and bench press. KB Pendlay Row and Glute Bridges making appearances as well.
Tuesday – Your Thanksgiving Sampler Platter WOD. This is a repeat of last year, so check your score from 11-25-24. I might be alone in this, but I generally dislike the themed holiday WODs. I won’t bore you with every detail why, but I tweaked the sampler platter to something I’m quite happy with. It’s long and difficult, but still digestible!
Wednesday – Hang Power Snatch skill/strength… then apply it to an E3MOM of power snatch and alternating row/bike.
Saturday – 9 AM Partner Hero WOD, 10 AM Open Gym. WOD is a slightly extended and altered version of “Wittman.” 10 Rounds instead of 7, extra upper body movement added, split 50/50 with a partner.
