*Each round starts with a 400m run.
*When you get back to the gym, you’ll complete 3 rounds of 4 pull ups, 8 push ups, and 12 air squats.
*After you finish your 3rd round of that triplet, head back outside for the 400m run to start the 2nd of 5 rounds.
