Hey Old Cityzens!
I hope everyone had great weekend and got to see some cherry blossoms. Spring has sprung, but it sure doesn’t feel like it! **Brrrr!!**. And with all of the rain yesterday morning, do you know what they call it when it’s raining chickens and ducks? Fowl weather.
Weekend Schedule
This coming weekend the Easter holiday weekend. However, there will be no yoga on Sunday. At the time of this posting, Gainz Club is that it is still ON, but Coach Jason’s availability has not been confirmed. Keep an eye on the ZP app/calendar for updates.
Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Long workout with rowing, ring dips, and Turkish Get-Ups.
Tuesday – Back squats for 3s followed by a triplet of double unders, air squats, and KB Swings.
Wednesday – Deadlifts for 3s with a fast single DB workout to follow.
Thursday – Benchmark Girl WOD “Fran”
Friday – Double strength day with a snatch focus. Hang power from 3 positions, rotational work, step ups, and curls.
Saturday – Bench press for some heavy 3s, followed by a couplet of Devil’s Press and box jump overs.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! No yoga, but Gainz club is still on the schedule as of this posting. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
