I hope everyone had great weekend and is ready to lift HEAVY this week! We’ve got a full line up with 1 rep max testing Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Make sure you rest up and eat up so you’re ready to GO!!
Class Schedule for NEXT week
Dec. 24th & Dec. 25th: CLOSED
Dec. 26th – Dec. 30th: Normal Schedule (except no 5am classes)
Dec. 31st & Jan. 1st: CLOSED
Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Bench press 1RM! Short 8 min workout afterwards with rowing, swings, and air squats.
Tuesday – Back squat 1RM! Another short workout afterwards with double unders and floor press.
Wednesday – Deadlift 1RM! Yet another short workout afterwards with lunges and V-ups.
Thursday – Double strength day with overhead squats, pull ups, and Tates Press.
Friday – 12 Days of FITmas! This is a 45 min workout with mostly barbell work, so there are a lot of movements.. like, 12 of them.. to review before starting. Also, listen to the 12 days of Christmas so you know the rep scheme.
Saturday – Long workout that is not as long as the 12 Days WOD, but over 20 minutes with Turkish Get ups and toes to bar.
Sunday – Rest Day! No yoga! Spend some time with family and friends today, and we’ll see you back in the gym on TUESDAY as we’ll be closed Monday for Christmas.
