Class Schedule Update – Noon and Friday 6:30pm
This week only, the noon classes will be on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Due to low attendance, after next week – June 16th – we will be cancelling the 6:30PM class and open gym through the summer. It will return on Friday, September 8th.
Pride Tshirts/Tanks
We have a restock of the Pride tshirts ($30) and tank tops (unisex and razorback – $25) set to arrive early this week. They should be in the gym and available for purchase no later than Wednesday.
Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Double strength day with a clean focus, an EMOM, split jerks, and pistol practice.
Tuesday – High rep bench press and some barbell rows.
Wednesday – Long chipper WOD with swings, running, box jumps, and wall balls
Thursday – Squat day with some more volume
Friday – Deadlift day with some bike sprints (not 30 sec max effort!)
Saturday – Pride WOD
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
