I hope everyone had great weekend.. maybe even a Happy Easter or Passover, or just enjoyed the nice Spring weather. It looks like we’re back to Spring now, right? Or will it be Summer this week. I DON’T KNOW ANYMORE!!


Upper Body and Lower Body Balance

Check out these two info graphs. We have been doing a lot of strict pull/chin ups and dips recently, as well as single arm pulls. Most recently, we did dips and single arm high pulls this past Friday and Saturday.

Keep an eye on the squats and step ups in this graph. We do mostly lunges and single leg squats (Bulgarian split squats), but take a look at the weighted step ups.

 

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Bulgarian split squats and chin ups followed by a rowing version of this workout.

Tuesday – Deadlifts with a power clean and running couplet.

Wednesday – Benchmark girl WOD “Fran”.

Thursday – Double strength day with a clean focus and some Turkish Get Ups.

Friday – Bench pressing followed by a DB snatch and single under workout.

Saturday – Long chipper workout *not a partner workout!* that you WILL finish.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
