I hope everyone had great weekend. Congrats to those members that ran the Rock and Roll half marathon or 5K. What a great day to be outside!


Mobility Clinic

Thanks to everyone that attended the mobility clinic on Saturday. We’re looking to hold more in the future. Stay tuned! There are also business cards at the desk for anyone that might have question or is looking for some physical therapy on a bum shoulder, nagging back injury, or cranky knee. Don’t put it off until it gets worse!


Zen Planner Updates

Take a few minutes to make sure your information in ZenPlanner is up to date. This includes phone number, email address, home address, birthday, and pronouns. This has to be done through the desktop version, not the app. We don’t give out this information, but use it as a means of communication, and we can’t do that if we don’t know how to reach you!

Monday – Benchmark Girl WOD “Jackie”

Tuesday – Strength day with snatch grip deadlifts and overhead squats.

Wednesday – Tempo bench press with a clean and jerk/sit up couplet

Thursday – Long workout with deadlifts, push ups, and double unders.

Friday – Front squats with a quad-busting triplet of air squats, KB swings, and lunges.

Saturday – Deadlifts for strength followed a biking and dball couplet. If you thought the 3 x 30 sec bike sprints were bad..

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
