Monday Class Schedule
Monday, January 16th, is a federal holiday in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, but we are keeping our normal gym hours.

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Double strength day with hang power snatches and focus on pistols.
Tuesday – Floor press followed by a Curtis P and burpee couplet.
Wednesday – Benchmark Girl WOD “Elizabeth”
Thursday – Snatch grip deadlifts with a toes to bar (we worked on those last Tuesday!), box jump, and front squat triplet.
Friday – Back squats followed by a double under and KB swing AMRAP.
Saturday – CrossFit Open WOD 20.5 (scaled)
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
