Tuesday – Old City Benchmark WOD #3 “The Chief”

Wednesday – Double strength day with front squats, Z-press, step ups, handstand work.

Thursday – Deadlifts and a rowing, push press, toes to bar AMRAP.

Friday – Long workout with box jumps, lunges, and double unders.

Saturday – Bench press with some Devil’s Press.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! You made it through the first week back! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
