I hope everyone had great holiday weekend, stayed warm!, and are enjoying a few extra days with family and friends.
Class Schedule
Monday, December 26th – Closed
Tuesday – Friday – Normal schedule, except NO 5AM on Wednesday and Friday.
Saturday, December 31st – Open gym 9-11am
Sunday, January 1st – Closed
Monday, January 2nd – Closed

Monday – CLOSED
Tuesday – Long workout to get you back into the swing of things with deadlifts, dips, and wall balls.
Wednesday – Double strength day with pause front squats, handstand push ups, reverse deficit lunges, and strict knee raises
Thursday – Dress warm! Running, pistols, and KB Swings
Friday – New Years Eve WOD with 12 rounds, 12 movements, 31 reps.. I kid.. But it’s another holiday chipper workout, and the last one of 2022.
Saturday – Open gym only 9-11am
Sunday – Happy New Years! Take the day off Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym TUESDAY!
