Hey Old Cityzens!
I hope everyone had great weekend and did something fall-like.
Y’know, I heard that trees hate going to school in the fall because they’re easily stumped.
Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Old City Benchmark WOD #2 “The Ghost”
Tuesday – Kettlebell swing and wall ball couplet. Can you go unbroken?
Wednesday – PR Day! Hit those 1RMs on the back squat or front squat, whichever one you’ve been working on the last 9 weeks.
Thursday – A nice bench press and running couplet.
Friday – Close out the ‘D’ part of the SBD week with some sumo style lifting and bike sprints.
Saturday – Strict “Cindy” and rowing for 30 minutes.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
