P1: 5 Deadlifts, then hold the 5th at the top **Choose your own weight**
P2: Rows max distance with P1 is holding the 5th Deadlift.
‐Switch‐
*The WOD begins when P1 does 5 deadlifts. On the 5th deadlift they hold the bar at the top.
When P1 starts that hold, P2 starts rowing. P1 will only be able to hold to for so long so P2 is well advised row very hard.
When P1 gets tired and put the bar down, they switch. P1 then rests while P2 does their first 4 (of 5) deadlifts.
P2 then holds at the top while P1 rows.
