Hey Old Cityzens!

I hope everyone had great weekend. Big things coming up this week, so keep on reading about this week’s programming.

We are opening with a longer aerobic workout on Monday, moving into a heavy Tuesday and then largely conditioning for the remainder of the week. You’ll see some heavier stuff coming up *next* week, so these lighter days will get you prepped for what’s to come.

Monday – Three 10-min intervals involving rowing, biking, and bodyweight movements.

Tuesday – Heavy deadlifts and shoulder/back work. Gotta have a bigger back for a stronger deadlift.

Wednesday – EMOM triplet with pull ups, handstand push ups, and double unders.

Thursday – Relay style partner workout (one works while the other rests) where you’ll see rowing, push ups, and hang power cleans.

Friday – Test or re-test yourself on Open WOD 17.5

Saturday – An up-the-ladder-down-the-ladder workout with running, deadlifts, and wall balls.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! Take care of your body! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
