I hope everyone had great weekend. Happy Easter and Passover to those that celebrate.
I spent a few days in Boston last week. I didn’t to get to be much of a tourist, so I’ll have to go back again sometime. Speaking of Boston.. in most places, losing your khakis means you have no pants. In Boston, if you lose your khakis, you can’t drive.

Pride Shirts
Pride shirts are in the works, and we need YOUR HELP. Take a look a the mock ups, and help ups figure out how much to order. Razorback tank, tshirt, or unisex tank. Please vote!
Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..
Monday – Deadlifts for 5s with wall sits and KB swings.
Tuesday – “Murph” prep workout. Bring your weight vest if you plan on using it on Memorial Day.
Wednesday – Toes to bar or muscle up skill work (yep, after pull ups) followed by hang power cleans and high box jumps.
Thursday – Back squat with some rows and core work.
Friday – Benchmark Girl WOD “Karen” with some built in time afterwards for skill work.
Saturday – Split snatches and double unders.
Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! Take care of your body! And I’ll try to work on my jokes. Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
