2 – Balance/Front scale.. or a pistol negative – controlled lowering after you’re able to hold your balance.
3 – Pistols/1 leg push

6 Devil’s Thruster

^Lunges will alternate directions each round.

**Taking a break today from doing the skill movement in the workout, but you’ll still get plenty of single leg/unilateral work in with the lunges.

Strict time cap on this, so be sure to choose your weight wisely. Devil’s thrusters should be unbroken on this.

Each round needs to be under 3 minutes to beat the cap.
