Every 3 min, for 10 rounds, do
40 Double unders
20 KB Swings (70/53)
10 Push ups

*Complete 1 round in 3 minutes. Rest the time remaining. Start the next round at the next 3 min iteration.

**This is a high volume workout. This isn’t about going HAM and holding on as long as possible. It’s about knowing your capabilities, and adjusting accordingly from the beginning, and maintaining that level of intensity the entire time.

Allow for at least 60-90 sec rest each round.
