**This workout should look pretty familiar. It’s a great chance to look for improvement by way of weight on the bar, and more importantly, by your technique.
The BTN push press can be a challenge for those that lack shoulder mobility. We’re not going for heavy in that movement today, just getting familiar with having the barbell behind the neck. This is a great movement to help build the shoulder strength necessary to support the bar overhead for snatches and overhead squats.
