**Long day here with some intentional higher reps, heavy weights, and challenging movements in the form of box jumps, power cleans, and handstand push ups in that order. And it’s meant to push you to dig deep and stay focused on those monotonous jumps, to take a little longer to set up for the power cleans, and HSPU. This isn’t a “just get through it” or “grind it out” workout, but find a weight that you can do 3s on the power cleans and maybe even the HSPU. If the thought of 21 box jumps is daunting, do sets of 7 with a short 15 sec break in between. Long workouts like this aren’t meant to be a drag, but to push you to move a little bit more when you want to rest a little longer, and spend a little more times on the more challenging movements.
