**Start the day getting swole with some high rep bench press. Follow it up by moving your body weight up and over the barbell, paring it with some power cleans that get your legs involved. The time of each AMRAP increases by one minute as the reps of both movements increases by one. How fast can you go? How many reps can you get? How quickly can you recovery between each couplet? Can you hold the same pace the full 9 minutes?
