**Starting the day and the week off with high-rep bench press followed by a single dumbbell triplet. The idea with the single DB and lower reps is to get you to move through the workout at a quick pace. The faster folks should be finishing each round in 1 minute no matter the weight of the DB. Each round should take no more than 90 seconds. Pace might fall off on the last 2-3 rounds, but the goal is to finish the workout under 15 minutes.
