**Let’s start off August with a big ol’ kick in the nads. Who’s getting kicked?? We’ll find out after this workout.
Stay relaxed on the first run. That doesn’t mean take it easy, but instead keep your shoulders relaxed – down and away from your ears – so they don’t get tired on the wall walks or from shrugging on the cleans. Traps hurt after heavy or high volume cleans? Use your legs. JUMP the weight up. Hold a steady pace on the sit ups. Yes, it’s a decent amount of volume, but as mentioned in the newsletter, we have “Annie” coming up next month, and it includes 150 sit ups. Finally 2 lap run.. still no time to rest. Get a good pace out the door, then pick it up on the last lap and finally 200m.
