**Adding weight to the step ups that we did a few weeks ago unweighted to get used to the movement. Key here is standing up with the plant leg on the box and not pushing off the ground.

The tabata is going to be slightly different than what we do in that we’ll run the workout 20/10 (seconds of work/rest) through all 3 movements continuously for 8 rounds. Normally we do one movement for 8 rounds and taking a minute rest before moving on the the next.
