**Today is about speed and confidence vs strength. Note that the second session is titled ‘Skill transfer exercises’ and not ‘Strength 2’. We want you to get more comfortable and faster getting under the bar. You could use a PVC pipe for all I care, so long as your technique is improving. Shoulders might be a little sore from Wednesday’s workout, so that’s another reason to take it a little easier today.
