I hope you had a great weekend and got outside to enjoy this AMAZING weather. I hope the pollen starts to die down a bit so we can really enjoy the weather and some time outdoors besides during running workouts 😉
With that said, check out the May newsletter that’s chock full of info with a member profile, Memorial Day schedule, Murph schedule, and new happenings in the gym including getting rid of the taped off areas and increased class sizes. Missed reading that part? Didn’t receive the newsletter? Let us know so you can stay informed.
Even with the changes, we still ask that you sign up ahead of time for the class you’d like to attend each day. You have until 30 min before the next class starts to sign up or remove yourself from the list.

Now let’s see what’s coming up this week..
Monday – Body weight focused workout with “Murph” in mind.
Tuesday – Floor press with some snatches and weighted step ups.
Wednesday – Pause power snatches with some overhead squat work from the rig.
Thursday – Long workout with deadlifts and toes to bar. Take care of those paws!
Friday – Slooowing things down a bit with some tempo back squats. We’ll also be doing some singles under today, too.. EVERYONE!
Saturday – Push/pull/squat day featuring wall walks that you saw in 21.1 back in March. Let’s hope those shoulders are ready for some DB push press today after said wall walks.
Sunday – Rest Day! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
