**Working on floor press this month, alternating the movement weekly with some weighted step ups. We built to a heavy 5 on Saturday, March 13th, and will build off of that. Instead of building to 5 and stopping, you’ll find a heavy/manageable 5 and stay there for 3 working sets.

The barbell will still be used in the workout for hang (squat) cleans as well as to jump over. Note the different type of burpee we’ll be performing vs what we did last week. Yes, it matters.
