Tabata
Air squats
Push ups
Sit ups

*Score is total reps after all 8 rounds.
*Cycle through all 3 movements, and that is 1 round, vs doing all 8 rounds of 1 movement and moving on to the next.
*No additional rest included.

**Continuing our build to a heavy single rep on the deadlift. We’ve got a heavy 3 next week, and then our single rep on the following Friday. Get ready!!!!

Workout looks simple in concept. You’ve been seeing some of these higher rep bodyweight movements more frequently as we prepare for “Barbara” next week. Looking farther ahead, we have “Murph” coming up Memorial Day. Keep working on the basics – pull ups, push ups, squats.

Reminder that a Tabata is 8 rounds of work, consisting of 20 seconds of work, and a very short 10 seconds of rest. Normally performed by completing all 8 rounds of one movement before continuing on to the next, with your score being the lowest number of repetitions after all 8 rounds. We’re mixing it up a bit and having you cycle through all 3 movements, making that one round, and continuing that pattern for a total of 8 rounds.
