**A bit ‘o cardio, weights, and gymnastics today. Looking to finish each round around 5 min. No room to rest here, either, with lots of moving parts. Grip will be tested on the pull ups a swings, and kept in check on the double unders. How loosely or tightly are you holding the ropes handles? Stay relaxed, and go into the jumps relaxed. When out on the run, while the legs are moving like pistons, keep your shoulders down. When you run tense, those traps shrug up into those ears. Start this by keeping your hands loose. Imagine holding an egg, or a potato chip, as Coach Jason has told me.. and I like me some chips, so imma protect my baby! Loose hands, arms, shoulders and traps, and you’re ready to rock those double unders.
