10 Power snatch (115/75)

*Workout inspired by CrossFit Open WOD 17.5. Changing the movement, adding some weight to the bar, but keeping the rest the same. How much will taking out the squat and making it ground to overhead affect your time? Start thinking of your strategy on the dubs (go unbroken, or planned break of 20/15?) and power snatches – sets of 2s or 3s or something else? This is a moderate to heavy weight for most people, so scale it to something that allows you to finish the snatches in about 75 seconds (2 every 15 sec).

There will be a 30 min time cap.
