**Spending more time working on the power position – get those feet moving to get under the bar! – as well as front squats to get comfortable getting into that FULL squat clean down the road. Getting the upper body involved as well with some unilateral DB press. We’ve been exposing some weaknesses – and strengths, too! – with single arm high pulls, pressing, and step back lunges – so hopefully you can even things out, and continue to get stronger.
