*Shoulders today, not just with the presses, but I think you’ve learned from past workouts how the shoulders burn when trying to stabilize the weight on lunges and step ups.
The dumbbells will create a deficit on the push ups, so make sure your chest is still touching the ground. For the step ups/overs, hold the dumbbells however you want. Both feet must be on the box at the top of the movement, and on the ground after each passing. Check out this video for footwork tips when traveling across the box – weight will be used (unlike in the video) and you do not need to stand up all the way when crossing over.
