**You’ll get all the warm up that you need during the skill work for the pistols. Having the skill work as part of the workout gives you a little more time to warm up and find that full range of motion (ROM) for the movement. And I think you’ll find you’ll be able to get into a deeper lunge after improving your ankle mobility and loosening up your calves. The pistols and lunges will give your arms a bit of a break, and the push ups will give your legs a bit of a break. There’s a lot of pushing today, but you’ll see more pulling later on in the week.
