*We’re going to start with “Elizabeth” and then wrap up the day with the squats. The cleans today will be ‘power’ (no squat). In the past we have done “Elizabeth” one or two times with a squat, and it took away from the intensity of the movement. You are MORE than welcome to do full cleans, but we want to keep this under 12 min.

Save the legs for the heavy squats afterwards. As always, focus on form and depth over weight on the bar.
