3. Toes to bar progressions – 30 sec active/hollow hold hang, kipping ‘beats’ (small kip), lat pull ups/kipping lever, kipping knee raises, etc.

12 KB Swings (53/35)
12 Goblet squats (53/35)
12 Box jump (24/20)
**The focus today is on the skill work. One of the rare times we don’t include the skill movement in the workout. But I want you to spend a little more time on the skill work, getting in a few more reps instead of saving some for the workout. We’ll be off the rig for the workout but you’ll get some grip work in with KB swings. The number of reps shouldn’t be too much of an issue on the grip, so try to swing the bell at least eye level.
