**Oookkaaay.. let’s take a look at this one. You’ve got some work today. It’s a sprint with some built in rest, but not a lot of it. So going 100% the entire time might not be sustainable. Keep in mind, though, that you don’t have to go H.A.M. when you sprint, especially when the rest time is half of the work time. If it was work 2, rest 2 or 4 min.. yeah, bust yer balls. But you want to find a fast pace you can sustain. If you’re unable to get any dball reps in each round, you either went out too fast, the row distance is too far, or number of squats is too many. Scale appropriately so you’re getting 30-45 sec to do the dballs.

Focus on your transitions as well, which is an easy place to save time. Keep the straps on the foot stretchers just a *touch* loose, so you can slip your feet out quickly. And position the ball so it’s right in front of you when so it’s ready to be picked up right after you last squat.
