1. Hollow Hold or (hollow hold progressions)
2. Inversion hold – against the wall, feet on a box (add in shoulder taps), or free standing holds/progressions.
3. Handstand push ups – strict or kipping, HSPU off a box, downward dog position, or seated press.

**Still a little more upper body work today, but it’s skill work, so we’re slowing things down and trying to keep you fresh for each round/minute as we do with all our EMOM skill work.
You don’t see the Turkish Get-up (TGU) too often, either. This is usually viewed as a slow movement, but I also like to think of it as a technically sound movement. Yes, I’m thinking you should be able to get up/down in 30 seconds on both sides, and scaling will be done to make sure that’s possible. There’s no place to rest on this one, either, as you’ll always be moving, either up and down or squatting.
