**How’s that grip feeling today? You’ll be on the rig again after Wednesday’s pull ups and Thursday’s hang power cleans, and holding onto some heavy dumbbells. What’s great about this is that it’s a descending ladder. However, it usually isn’t until round 4 when you realize there is an end in sight. But keep plugging away! As with the pull ups on Wednesday, if you’re scaling the T2B, still make sure you’re doing something that works towards your goal of getting or stringing together T2B v just trying to get through the workout.
