**Working towards our back squat 1RM at the end of the month. Here’s a chance to get a little closer to your target weight. Hopefully you have some legs left after yesterday’s clean, and make sure you save a bit of strength for the workout where you’ll have some goblet squats.
Each round should be a sprint, completing a total of 14 reps each movement. Everyone will start at the same time, but will finish each round separately. You’ll be in charge of keeping track of your rest and knowing when to start the next round. Since rest is added in, there should be quick transitions (little/no breaks) between reps and movements). How fast can you go?
