**It’s a busy day, but nothing *too* technical. After Monday’s push press and thruster WOD, you should have a pretty good idea what you can put overhead. Take 1-3 attempts (MAX!) to find your starting weight. Yes, you want to add weight each round, but keep in mind that this won’t be a heavy day. We’ll get there. Patience. But today is about cycling the weight. Push press, not push jerk – one knee bend.
WOD has a few moving parts. Again, not *too* technical. But we want to decipher push press (with barbell) vs push jerk (with DB) – see links above. And ya gotta love air squats. Back to basics.
