**Getting outside and enjoying some nice fall weather with some running. Another high rep workout, so if you were surprised by Monday’s movement/weight, take a second look at what’s on tap today, and make sure you talk with your coach about the appropriate weight for you.
This as the look of “Helen” with the run and rep scheme (plus a couple rounds), and I’m looking at a tops of 30 min (closer to 25) for this. With that in mind – 5 min rounds, 1:45-2:30 for the run, leaving.. (math).. some extra time to get in the snatches and pull ups. Now.. if you’re snatch cycling is slow, and you struggle with pull ups in general, modify both movements (weight, jumping or strict ring rows) so you can still get close to that 5 min/round range.
