**Okay.. so no pushing today.. *phew*! But we have some heavy lifting to do. Rotating out back squats this week and inserting the deadlift. Let’s have fun picking things up. Sticking with dead stop deadlifts v touch and go, as we always do for strength.
The fun doesn’t stop with the deadlifs as we have some dballs to pick up to our shoulder. I realize we’re short on supply with these, but another great scale for this would be double kettlebell clean. Just looking for some really strong and aggressive hip extension.
