**Our long workout today is a tribute workout to honor the 343 FDNY firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11/2001 during the terrorist attacks on New York City.
This is a high rep workout under load, even if it is relatively light compared to what we normally use for these movements. Consider scaling the load or the reps to save your back after all this hinging.
