**It’s a clean and press day, but in the reverse order. And we’ll be pressing with our bodies horizontally vs vertically. Save the latter for Thursday.

Wrapping up some floor press work in the coming weeks as we transition to the likes of the strict press, push press, and push jerk, as well as single KB/DB pressing work for strength. Pressing happens again in the workout with burpees, but the thought with the burpees here is to work on cycling them. If you’re slowing down by 5 or 6, lower your reps to 8 total. Get through the burpees, get through the lunges, and get to the barbell. Again, working on cycling (a theme) the weight touch-and-go style.
