**Switching it up from three days of pulling (okay, some pressing on Mon with the jerks) to some pushing for strength today. Bumping up the reps and hitting 8s again before dropping down to 5s in a couple weeks before moving on to more overhead press work.
The wod is simple – swing, squat, sit up/back. Legs feeling up to moving a heavier weight even after the lunges and squats from earlier in the week? Give that Rx plus a go.
