**Back to, or I guess continuing with, some heaving lifting after yesterday’s cleans. Yes, a lot of pulling happening from the ground to start off the week. That just means three chances to get stronger! We’ll hop back up to heavy 5s for the deadlifts before going back to 3s next week. And we’ll do deadlifts in the workout, too, so keep a little in the tank on that last set. Remember – heavy 5 5 rep max.

Double unders or attempts in the workout. Killer at single unders? That’s awesome! But save them for another day and get in some good attempts with this workout. There should be at least 60-75 seconds of DU work with each round.
