**I’m excited about this workout. We’ve done 2 in the past that I remember vividly that I’ve been wanting to repeat (I’ll hyperlink them when I find the dates), or program something very similar to them. I like these long grinding workouts that aren’t straight up cardio. (Looking at you, Saturday WOD.. *side eye..*) What the previous two workouts, and this one incorporate, are a single (or 2 reps) heavy lift. You’re going to be a bit taxed after the squats and jumps, and need to take a few moments to collect yourself to prepare for a strong lift. Finishing with a good time is secondary to hitting 20 solid cleans.
