**You saw dubs on Tuesday, and they are back again today. The number of reps will increase to 50 per round, upping the level of difficulty a touch. The good news! (if there is such a thing) is that there is added in rest. This will allow you to go HAM during the work, and then recover for the following 4 rounds. Work hard, rest hard. The dumbbell snatches are total, alternating from the ground. What tends to happen on a movement such as this is that when fatigue sets in, you start to use your back instead of your legs to elevate the weight off the ground. JUMP. Be aggressive. Be powerful.
