*Here’s a slightly longer sexy-metcon that you’ve been waiting for. I’m sure rowing and thrusters wasn’t your idea of fun, so here’s something a tad longer and a little more diverse. If you haven’t had access to a jump rope, here’s an opportunity to get into it again. Same with box jumps. No access to a plyo box has meant broad jumps, tuck jumps, and jumping squats, which still gets you working on that hip extension.
