**A nice follow up to yesterday’s long workout. We’ve got the RPE scale going again, and we’re hitting some high rep deadlifts. Take a 3-4 sets to build up to your working weight, then hang out there for 3 sets. The workout that follows looks simple on paper, but it’s these low rep workouts that sneak up on you. Aiming for a 1:1 work/rest ratio between partners. Push each other on this one.
